The Dock-Line rectangular Tree Hole Grating is designed to frame and protect trees in hard surfaces such as tiles or asphalt. The grating is part of the overall Dock-Line series, which combines functionality and aesthetics in urban spaces.
The grille is manufactured in one size:
> L 1800 x W 600 x H 150 mm
The grating consists of two elements that are assembled around the wood on an underlying steel frame. It has a moulded seal that hides the frame and allows the paving to run right up to the grating so that it blends in naturally with its surroundings. A distinctive design detail is the bevelled chamfer where the outer edges meet the ribs - a consistent aesthetic line throughout the Dock-Line range.
The Dock-Line series was developed for Sluseholmen in Copenhagen and includes benches, bicycle hangers, reflective bollards, line drainage, point drainage and waste bins. The series is designed to ensure a coherent and stylish solution for the urban space.
All our cast iron tree grates are EPD documented - an environmental product declaration developed in accordance with recognised European and international standards as well as the requirements of EN 15804.
