Efficient and durable solution for entrances
The scraper grating is a practical and effective solution for entrances to residential buildings, institutions, corporate headquarters and shopping centres. It can be used individually or combined with multiple gratings as needed and can either be placed directly on the ground or integrated into a frame for a more stable installation.
The grate is made of robust cast iron and has protective 'ears' that cover the underlying frame. Its longitudinal ribs are designed with a special 'fin' structure, which ensures an effective scraping effect and helps remove dirt from footwear. The grates can be disassembled individually, making maintenance easier.
The underlying frame is made of steel and can be installed on stable gravel or soil-moist concrete. Depending on requirements, the frame can be supplied with either an open or closed bottom to ensure the desired drainage. The individual grid modules can be bolted together both lengthwise and widthwise, providing great flexibility in terms of installation and customisation.
The basic module measures 500 x 250 mm and can be assembled into larger units. A complete grating module of 1000 x 500 mm consists of four gratings, while a larger solution of 1500 x 500 mm consists of six gratings. The scraper grille is a durable and functional solution that ensures clean and tidy entrances while minimising wear and tear on indoor floors.
