With its wide body support, the Dan Turèll Bench provides a comfortable sitting position. With its high back, deep seat and rounded shapes, the bench invites you to linger. The bench can be manufactured in straight sections as well as in curved variants, allowing you to create continuous sequences in any desired geometry and length. The ends of the bench are made of cast iron with a treated surface, while the back and seat consist of wooden slats of FSC®-certified mahogany mounted in half-joints on the straight sections.
The wooden slats in FSC®-certified mahogany are bolted to each bench end with board bolts, ensuring a strong and durable construction and making it easy to replace individual wooden parts as needed. The bench ends can be delivered in painted finishes according to the project, while the wood can be oiled or painted in a desired colour.
The bench can be set up directly on the ground or attached to a foundation depending on the project requirements. The seat height is 44 cm.
