The chair / The original version of the Copenhagen Bench
The Copenhagen Chair is a narrower version of the original Copenhagen Bench, with the seat and backrest wood embedded in the moulded sides. The chair offers the same high seating comfort as the bench, thanks to the curved shapes of the backrest and front seat board and the rounded edges of the wood.
The quality and durability is identical to the Copenhagen Bench. The end caps are made of cast iron, while the seat and back are made of FSC®-certified mahogany. The construction is secured by a shaft running the length of the chair under the seat, providing stability and longevity.
The seat height is 46 cm and the chair can be mounted on a solid surface or via foundation.
