Terms and conditions of sale and delivery
GH Form's terms of sale and delivery form the basis for all agreements on purchase, delivery and possible installation of products between GH Form A/S and the customer. The purpose of the terms is to clarify the parties' rights and obligations throughout the process from order confirmation to receipt and payment. It is the customer's responsibility to read and accept the terms, which are deemed to be accepted unless written objection is made no later than 7 days after the order confirmation is received.

Scope of application and conclusion of the agreement
> These terms apply to all deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
> The agreement is binding 7 days after receipt of order confirmation, unless the customer objects in writing.
Delivery
> Delivery is EXW Borup (Incoterms 2020).
> GH Form can handle freight and transport insurance if agreed.
> Delays for which GH Form is not responsible do not entitle to compensation.
Mounting
> The customer must ensure that the installation site is ready and provide power.
> Delays or obstacles caused by the customer may result in additional costs.
Reception and Defects
> The customer must check the goods upon receipt and complain in writing within 7 days in case of visible defects.
> GH Form is entitled to remedy or replacement delivery as the sole remedy for breach of contract.
> Unjustified complaints may result in invoicing for time spent.
Prices and Payment
> Prices exclude VAT, packaging and other costs.
> For large or customized deliveries, prepayment is required (20-30%).
Interest and Default
> In case of late payment, 2 % interest will be added per month or part thereof.
> GH Form may withhold deliveries and terminate the agreement in the event of continued non-payment.
Liability and Force Majeure
> The customer must check the goods upon receipt and complain in writing within 7 days in case of visible defects.
> GH Form is entitled to remedy or replacement delivery as the sole remedy for breach of contract.
> Unjustified complaints may result in invoicing for time spent.
Warranty and Choice of Law
> GH Form guarantees that all deliveries are made according to good craftsmanship standards.
> Disputes shall be settled under Danish law by the ordinary courts.
