For optimal guidance, it is recommended to set up attention fields at the start and end of the guidance line, as well as at changes in direction or places where increased attention is needed.
The cast iron patinates to a deep brown tone. The dark color of cast iron corresponds approximately to NCS code S6020-Y70R. To meet accessibility requirements, there must be a lightness contrast of 0.4 compared to the surrounding coating.
Our Pictoform® cast iron guardrails are EPD certified and developed according to recognized European and international standards, including the requirements of EN 15804. The guide rails are cast in 100 % recycled iron, so the carbon footprint is minimal.
