Dock-Line product range

- designed by architects Arkitema

The entire Dock-Line series was designed by architects Arkitema for the Sluseholmen project. The series consists of waste bins, bollards, wooden hole grates, drainage grates and bicycle hangers - all products are made of untreated cast iron. The project in Sluseholmen won the City of Copenhagen's Architecture Prize in 2009.

Arkitema

Arkitema is one of Scandinavia's leading architectural firms, founded in 1969 in Aarhus, with offices in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The firm works across a wide range of architectural disciplines, from urban planning and landscape architecture to complex buildings and urban design. Arkitema's design philosophy is based on an understanding of how architecture and urban spaces can support people's quality of life, where function, aesthetics and sustainability go hand in hand.

Arkitema has designed the products in the Dock-Line series. They are developed with a focus on robustness, functionality and timeless design. The series consists of urban street furniture that creates coherence in public spaces and integrates harmoniously into urban environments. Dock-Line is characterised by durable materials and a simple, aesthetic form that ensures long life and minimal maintenance.

Arkitema's work has set a high standard for how urban spaces and architecture can promote sustainable and inclusive development.
