For centuries, Odense Harbour has been a central hub in the city's development - a place where people, culture, inventions and trade goods have met. With the completion of the first project in 2008, an urban space has been created that combines the city's maritime heritage with contemporary, functional solutions. Landscape architects Schønherr Landskab have designed the area with great care and created a harmonious whole that fulfils both aesthetics and functionality.

A significant part of the project is the distinctive quay edges that surround the harbour basin. These are made of robust cast iron elements supplied by GH Form. The use of cast iron in this project not only ensures durability and functionality, but also creates a clear reference to the site's industrial past.

In addition to the quaysides, GH Form has also supplied lighting in the form of Plaza Road and Park Lights and Bollard Lights, all made of untreated cast iron. The lighting creates both security and atmosphere, and the choice of untreated cast iron also ensures that the patination of the material over time will add an authentic look to the urban space.

Although the project was completed in 2008, Odense Inner Harbour is still subject to ongoing development. GH Form continues to supply products for the new phases, demonstrating an ongoing effort to maintain the architectural and material integrity of the area.
