The Plaza fire access bollard is a bollard designed for fire lanes and emergency access roads. The fire bollard is used for securing and restricting areas where regulation of vehicle access is required, while still ensuring unobstructed passage for fire and rescue vehicles.
The bollard has slots on three sides with integrated reflective material. It is designed for a standard padlock, positioned approximately 800 mm above ground level, which allows the bollard to be dismantled. The bollard is locked and unlocked using a Ruko key coded as required. As standard, the fire bollard is supplied with code MS 34083.
The Plaza fire access bollard is manufactured from steel in a single piece. The construction has no separate components. The surface is powder-coated.
The fire bollard is used in urban areas, parking facilities, and access roads where there are requirements for unobstructed passage on fire and emergency routes. The bollard can be incorporated as part of an access control solution and adapted to local installation conditions, and it is approved by the Copenhagen Fire Department as a removable bollard for fire access routes.

The bollard is mounted on a galvanised steel foundation that is buried in soil-moist concrete or on a foundation plate for e.g. ground level above underground parking or close to a curb.
