Christian Bridge

Along the quayside at Christiansbro in Copenhagen you will find the unique bench Sædet. The basic element of the plinth is a single seat. The bench consists of a solid granite plinth and a mahogany bench seat. The bench was developed in collaboration with Architect Henning Larsen for the area along the quay. The simple and clean expression makes the bench a timeless classic.

The bench has been on Christiansbro for almost 20 years, and this year 4 new benches have been added to the area.

The seat is available with granite block or steel legs. It is also available in a movable version with concrete legs.
