Campus rectangular & square Tree Grate

With its elongated shape, the tree grate highlights the paving or the direction of traffic. It consists of three cast iron elements and an underlying steel frame. The Campus modular grate is also used for stairs, walkways and where ventilation or airflow is required.

The grate is manufactured in different sizes:
> 1490 x 500 mm / Rectangular Tree Grate
> 2245 x 500 mm / Rectangular Tree Grate
> 1000 x 2000 mm / Rectangular Tree Grate
> 1000 x 3000 mm / Rectangular Tree Grate

> 2000 x 2000 mm / Square Tree Grate
> 1400 x 1400 mm / Square Tree Grate
> 1700 x 1700 mm / Square Tree Grate

> 745 x 500 mm / Modular Grate
> 1000 x 1000 mm / Modular Grate

It has two different grate elements:
One of them has a semi-circular cut-out at one end, which is positioned towards the tree to form the hole.
The other has the same outer dimensions (740 mm) but without a cut-out, making it possible to combine multiple elements in long sequences and create an elegant ribbon of grates within the paving.

To protect the roots of the tree, all steel parts supporting the grate close to the tree are designed with angled edges that direct away from the roots.

The treeg grate is designed to withstand loads from small and medium-sized vehicles, making it suitable for both urban spaces and high-traffic areas.

All our cast iron tree grates are EPD documented - an environmental product declaration developed in accordance with recognised European and international standards as well as the requirements of EN 15804.
