Pictoform® 36
Pictoform® 36 Cast Iron tiles are manufactured with integrated tactile markings in the form of marking knobs. For optimal guidance, it is recommended to establish attention flieds at the beginning and end of the guidance line, as well as at changes of direction or locations where increased attention is required.
Pictoform® 36 Cast iron tiles are produced in sizes:

> L 350 x W 350 x H 8 mm
> L 400 x W 400 x H 8 mm
Pictoform®36 elements meet the requirements of the EU guidelines ISO/DIS 21542 for guidance lines.
The cast iron develops a deep brown patina. The dark colour of cast iron corresponds approximately to NCS code S6020-Y70R. To meet accessibility requirements, there must be a lightness contrast of 0.4 in relation to the surrounding paving.
Our Pictoform® cast iron guidance lines are EPD documented and developed in accordance with recognised European and international standards, including the requirements of EN 15804. The guidance lines are cast from 100% recycled iron, ensuring a minimal climate footprint.

Assembly
The tiles are moulded as a cast iron shell with the inner cavity filled with C25/30 concrete.
They are laid like regular paving tiles - on a firm base of well-compacted ballast and levelling sand, with a joint width of 3-5 mm and sealed with jointing sand.

Additional information
Clinker tiles with knob elements are produced in cast iron in the same design as the tiles.
