Denmark's widest pedestrian street stretches across Søndergade, Jessensgade and Torvet in Horsens. Between 2018 and 2020, the pedestrianised street was transformed into a vibrant outdoor street - a project created with a focus on sustainability and urban life!

With play areas, open spaces, cosy seating areas and planting, the street is now a vibrant urban space. Fine trees have been planted to form a green corridor in Jessensgade, and even more adorn Søndergade and Torvet.

In close collaboration with Schul Landscape Architects, we have developed the Square Line drainage grating for Horsens city centre. In addition, you will also find our Campus Tree Hole Gratings and Pictoform® Cast Iron Guiding Lines that guide blind and partially sighted people safely around the city.

The project was designed by Schul Landskabsarkitekter and realised by Buus Anlægsgartner A/S.
