The Mobilia Bench is a versatile and robust bench suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Over the years, it has proven its durability in public spaces and has been used in high schools and institutions, among other places. To meet different needs, the bench can be equipped with a backrest and armrest that can be retrofitted to existing benches.
The bench is produced as standard in modules of 2 metres in length, but can be customised in other lengths to order. The construction consists of wooden slats of FSC®-certified mahogany measuring 40 x 80 x 600 mm. The bench consists of a solid frame with cast iron or steel legs. Between the wood and metal, neoprene spacers ensure a smooth joint that allows the wood to work in changing weather conditions while extending its lifespan.
The Mobilia Bench can be founded below ground level, making it possible to lay paving stones or tiles right up to the gables for an integrated aesthetic. For ground installation, the bench can be delivered with shortened legs. It is also possible to lay the foundations before laying asphalt, where the bench is installed afterwards. At the bottom of the bench legs is a relief surface that distributes the downward pressure for increased stability.
The seat height is 45 cm, but can be customised depending on project requirements and foundations.
