A solid and flexible solution for urban spaces
The Platea Round Bench is a sturdy piece of furniture designed to withstand the rigours of urban public spaces. It is customised in full circles or curved sections where the backrest can be adjusted independently of the seat.
The bench is made of hot-dip galvanised steel and FSC®-certified mahogany. The wood is cut precisely to project specifications. The base is delivered painted and the wood type is selected as required. The design ensures an elegant look with no visible bolt joints or screw heads on the front.
The inner diameter of the bench is stated without the backrest, which takes up 12 cm towards the centre from the back of the seat surface. It is produced as standard for casting, but can also be supplied with a flange for bolting to the ground. The seat height is 45 cm or customised according to the needs of the project.
