The area around Frederiksberg Metro Station has been undergoing rapid development over the past 20 years. Frederiksberg Center, CBS, the metro station, Frederiksberg Gymnasium, a new fitness centre, a newly renovated and expanded main library and new youth housing form the framework for the new urban area.
Alongside the realisation of the buildings, Frederiksberg Municipality in 2001, in collaboration with landscape architects SLA, drew up a plan for how the urban spaces between the buildings could become new attractive meeting places for the citizens of Frederiksberg.
Our products play a role here, such as the Kungsan Flower Basins, which create calm green oases for the eye, and the large Campus ventilation grilles above the metro, which have both a practical and aesthetic function.
